Determine that the room of birch plywood under customs procedure of export is performed in case of representation of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Committee of the import permit of birch plywood which is drawn up according to the order of the Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 16, 2020 No. 51-HK "About approval of rules of rendering the state services in the field of trading activity" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 20135).

3. To department of foreign trade activity of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan to notify:

1) Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan about ensuring control on execution of Item 2 of this order in case of interaction with the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the Eurasian economic commission about introduction of the measure specified in Item 1 of this order.

4. To provide to department of foreign trade activity of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, after its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
