DECIDES:
1. Recognize invalid the following resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic accepted in the state and official languages:
1) the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 12, 1991 No. 1 "About practice of application by courts of the legislation by hearing of cases on annulment of marriage";
2) the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic of November 18, 1994 No. 11-01 "About some questions of application by courts of the Law "About Privatization of Housing Stock in the Republic Kyrgyzstan";
3) the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic of November 18, 1994 No. 11-02 "About court practice on cases on property offenses of citizens";
4) the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 14, 1995 No. 11-03 "About application of the legislation on cases on the crimes connected with drugs, strong and toxic agents";
5) the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 25, 1997 No. 11-04 "About court practice on cases on racketing";
6) the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic of September 27, 2003 No. 14 "About some questions of court practice of hearing of cases of recognition of the property right to vehicles";
