For the purpose of simplification of the procedure of preparation of the analysis of regulating impact, according to article 19 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Technique of carrying out the analysis of regulating impact of regulatory legal acts on activities of subjects of entrepreneurship" of August 10, 2022 No. 444 the following changes:
in the Technique of carrying out the analysis of regulating impact of regulatory legal acts on activities of subjects of entrepreneurship approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in item 4:
1, 2 to state subitems in the following edition:
"1) about preparation of the temporary regulatory legal acts effective period less than one year directed to achievement and maintenance of price stability, monetary policy realization, ensuring efficiency, safety and reliability of bank and payment systems;
2) directed to regulation of business activity in the conditions of force majeure circumstances;";
- in Item 14 of figure "15" to replace with figure "7".
2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
