About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:
1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:
The subitem 1 of Item 5-2 to state 1) in the following edition:
"1) from all customer accounts of bank opened in national currency except the cash disbursement of means performed with use:
personal electronic means of payment, - in the amount which is not exceeding in equivalent of 12500 hryvnias for each seven calendar days;
corporate (business) electronic means of payment, - in the amount which is not exceeding in equivalent of 17500 hryvnias for each seven calendar days;";
2) in Item 12:
state subitem 3 in the following edition:
"3) implementation of currency transactions on exchange of foreign currency:
within 1 group of the Qualifier of foreign currencies and bank metals approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 04, 1998 No. 34 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 19, 2016 No. 269) (with changes) (further - the Qualifier), between banks (non-cash foreign currency), banks at the request of clients (cash and non-cash foreign currency);
in the cases determined in subitems 11, of the 12th Item 17-2 of this resolution;";
to add Item after subitem 7 with new subitem 7-1 of the following content:
"7-1) implementation of transactions by bank on conditions "forward":
