1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 31, 2007 No. 70 "Some questions of realization of regulations of the Laws of Ukraine "On bases of social security of persons with disability in Ukraine" and "About employment of the population" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 8, Art. 282; 2009, No. 68, Art. 2346; 2010, No. 98, Art. 3488; 2013, No. 62, Art. 2222; 2019, No. 32, Art. 1158; 2021, No. 78, Art. 4911):
Introductory part of the resolution to state 1) in the following edition:
"According to articles 18-1, 19 and 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About bases of social security of persons with disability in Ukraine", to Articles 24-1, 26 and part three of article 27 of the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:";
2) according to the procedure of payment by the companies, organizations, organizations and physical persons using wage labor, the amounts of administrative sanctions and penalty fee for failure to carry out of the standard rate of workplaces for employment of persons with disability, approved by the specified resolution:
