Some questions of realization of regulations of the Laws of Ukraine "About bases of social security of persons with disability in Ukraine" and "About employment of the population"

According to articles 19 and 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About bases of social security of persons with disability in Ukraine", to Articles 24-1, 26 and part two of article 27 of the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

Paragraphs the second or fourth voided according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 02.06.2023 No. 553

Payment procedure the companies, organizations, the organizations and physical persons using wage labor, the amounts of administrative sanctions and penalty fee for failure to carry out of the standard rate of workplaces for employment of persons with disability;

Procedure for use of the amount of administrative sanctions and penalty fee for failure to carry out of the standard rate of workplaces for employment of the disabled people who arrived in the government budget;

Procedure for control over the implementation of the standard rate of workplaces and check of the companies, organizations, organizations, including companies, organizations of public associations of persons with disability, the physical persons using wage labor on accomplishment of the standard rate of the workplaces intended for employment of persons with disability, in particular by its transfer.

2. Recognize invalid, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

3. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy to bring in three-months time own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
