I. Measures for stimulation of attraction of direct foreign investments

Changes and additions made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 11, 2005 No. UP-3594 "About Additional Measures for Stimulation of Attraction of Direct Private Foreign Investments":

(a) in Item 2 of the word of "The Tashkent region" shall be replaced with words "areas and the cities of the Tashkent region referred to categories 1 - 3";

(b) in Item 3 of the word "Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of investments, industry and trade";

(c) to add appendix with Item 23 following of content:

No. PP-52 "About measures for the state support of the sphere of fruit-and-vegetable growing, further development of system of cluster and cooperation in industry" to add Item 1 of the resolution of the President of the Republic of December 15, 2021 with the subitem "g" of the following content:

"d) to agricultural enterprises, including farmer and Dehkan farms, soft credits for cultivation of forage crops for livestock industry at the rate to 15 million sum on each hectare on terms of return in six-months time at the rate which is not exceeding the main rate of the Central bank are allocated (from them 2 percent - margin of bank)".
