About modification of the Regulations on the State agency on energy efficiency and energy saving of Ukraine

Bring in Regulations on the State agency on energy efficiency and energy saving of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of November 26, 2014 No. 676 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 97, the Art. 2801) changes which are applied.

1. Add Item 5 with the subitem 8 of the following content:

2. Add Item 11 with subitem 30-1 of the following content:
"30-1) will organize internal control and internal audit and provides functioning of internal control and implementation of internal audit in Gosenergoeffektivnosti's device, at the companies, in the organizations and the organizations relating to the sphere of its management;".
