Violation by the operator of the automated information system of registration of airborne transportations of requirements to the automated information system of registration of airborne transportations, to the databases which are its part, to the information and telecommunication network ensuring functioning of the specified automated information system, to her operator -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from twenty thousand to forty thousand rubles; on legal entities - from hundred thousand to two hundred thousand rubles.

4. Repeated making of the administrative offense provided by part 3 of this Article -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from forty thousand to eighty thousand rubles; on legal entities - from three hundred thousand to four hundred thousand rubles.";

3) in Article 23.42:

This Federal Law becomes effective since September 1, 2025.
