About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning transportation of bulky and heavy loads by vehicles
For the purpose of creating favorable conditions to carriers when implementing the international freight motor transportations, according to article 29 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About highways", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides ensuring safety of highways public:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Traffic regulations and Basic provisions according to the admission of vehicles to operation and obligations of officials on traffic safety" of August 4, 1999 No. 421 the following change:
in the Traffic regulations approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to state the paragraph of the eighth of subitem 2.1.1 in the following edition:
"To have and transfer in the cases which are directly provided by the current legislation for check to employees of authorized state body in the field of regulation and control of activities on road transport and (or) traffic safety the license and documents provided by rules of transportations of passengers and loads (including in electronic form).".
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for the omission of vehicles on highways public of the Kyrgyz Republic and collection of charges for weighing and measurement of the maximum sizes and other linear parameters of vehicles with the exceeding regulations established for driving through highways public of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Procedure for the omission and collection of charges for journey of vehicles with particular and non divisible load on highways public of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 8, 2011 No. 454 the following changes:
