For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of the international obligations of the Kyrgyz Republic within the Eurasian Economic Union regarding execution of regulations of the Procedure of transport (automobile) control on external border of the Eurasian Economic Union, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for streamlining of functioning of the check points through frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic intended for the international automobile, air and railway service, and internal stationary posts on highways of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 19, 2007 to No. 556 the following changes:
1) in the List of check points on the Kyrgyz-Tajik frontier approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in the column "Transport" of Item "-" to replace 1 sign with the sign "+";
2) in the List of check points on the Kyrgyz-Uzbek frontier approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in the column "Transport" of Items 1, "-" to replace the 11th sign with the sign "+";
3) in the List of internal stationary posts on highways of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in the column "Transport" of Item 15 "-" to replace sign with the sign "+".
2. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.
