About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of December 13, 2019 No. 74

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of December 13, 2019 No. 74 "About establishment of form of the act of write-off of the property and accounting of residual (liquidating) property value which is in property of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
from the name of the word", being in property of the Republic of Belarus" to exclude;
state preamble in the following edition:
