About modification and amendments in the order of the acting minister of transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 5, 2013 No. 689 "About approval of Rules of the organization of work of the automated stations of measurement"

1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 5, 2013 No. 689 "About approval of Rules of the organization of work of the automated stations of measurement" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 8788) the following changes and amendments:
in Rules of the organization of work of the automated stations of measurement approved by the specified order:
state Item 6-1 in the following edition:
"6-1. In case of determination of weight parameters of vehicles the measurement error which is automatically subtracted by information and analytical system of the transport database and monitoring of dynamics of safety of transportations (further – IAS TBD) from the measured value of mass of the vehicle is considered.
Limits blundered are given in the Table 1 of appendix 1 to these rules.";
add with Item 6-2 of the following content:
"6-2. The automated stations of measurement in movement of the vehicle correspond to the main characteristics of the automated stations of measurement according to appendix 1 to these rules.";
6) of Item 8 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"6) data transmission in ITS and in IAS TBD of the Situational center of Committee of road transport and transport control of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Situational center);";
state Items 14 and 15 in the following edition:
"14. The national operator and local executive bodies provide:
1) outside illumination of the territory in which the measurements automated stations, and also places of parking for placement of vehicles are located;
