About introduction of amendments to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 27, 2022 No. 634 and of October 12, 2022 No. 1178

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 27, 2022 No. 634 "About features of lease of the state-owned and utility property in the period of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 46, Art. 2528; 2024, No. 45, the Art. 2777) and of October 12, 2022 No. 1178 "About approval of features of implementation of public purchases of goods, works and services for the customers provided by the Law of Ukraine "About public purchases" for action of legal regime of warlike situation in Ukraine and within 90 days from the date of its termination or cancellation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 84, Art. 5176; 2023, No. 51, the Art. 2834) changes which are applied.

1. No. 634 to add the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 27, 2022 with Item 13-3 of the following content:
"13-3. For warlike situation and within one year after its termination or cancellation for the purpose of ensuring energy security of the state transfer to lease of complex of the buildings, constructions, other separate individually certain state-owned property intended for ensuring acceptance and shipment of oil, oil products on sea transport is performed taking into account the following features:
1) the potential lessee to the statement on participation in auction, except the documents determined by part three of article 13 of the Law adds:
