Article 14.67 to add 1) with part 5 of the following content:

"5. Non-compliance with prohibitions in the field of production or turnover of tobacco products, tobacco products, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and (or) raw materials for their production, stipulated by the legislation about state regulation of production and turnover of tobacco products, tobacco products, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and raw materials for their production, except as specified, provided by parts 1 - 4 these Articles, Article 14. 53, parts 3, 4 Articles 15. 12, Article 15.12.1 of this Code if these actions do not contain signs of penal act, -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on individual entrepreneurs at the rate from twenty thousand to thirty thousand rubles with confiscation of the products, products, the equipment, raw materials, semifinished products or other objects used for production and turnover of tobacco products, tobacco products, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and (or) raw materials for their production; on legal entities - from hundred thousand to hundred fifty thousand rubles with confiscation of the products, products, the equipment, raw materials, semifinished products or other objects used for production and turnover of tobacco products, tobacco products, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and (or) raw materials for their production.";

In paragraph four of part 3 of Article 23.1 of the word "parts 1 - 3 Articles 14.67" shall be replaced with words 2) "parts 1 - 3, the 5th Article 14.67".
