About approval of requirements to content and format of data for the transit declaration in the New computerized transit system, the accompanying document of transit and the list of objects

According to the h. (3) the Art. 6, Art. 296 of the Customs code No. 95/2021 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova 2021, No. 219-225, the Art. 238), with subsequent changes, item 432 of the Regulations on enforcement of the Customs code 95/2021, approved by the Order of the Government No. 92/2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, No. 93/96-193), with subsequent changes, I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) requirements to content and format of data for the transit declaration in Nova Kompyyuterizirovanna to transit system according to appendix No. 1;

2) requirements to data for the accompanying document of transit, according to appendix No. 2;

3) requirements to data for the list of objects, according to appendix No. 3.

2. To management on development and information security of Customs Service to enter corresponding changes into the New computerized transit system.

3. This order becomes effective since July 1, 2024 and is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
