About approval of form and content of some standard forms of compulsory third party car insurance for the damage caused by vehicles and instructions for their filling

Based on part (1) and parts (11) Articles 8, parts (2) and parts (7) article 22 of the Law on compulsory third party car insurance for the damage caused by vehicles No. 106/2022 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, No. 129 - 133, the Art. 239), the National commission on the DECIDES: financial market

1. Approve:

1) form and content of the standard form "The Statement for the Conclusion of the Agreement of Compulsory Third Party Car Insurance for the Damage Caused by Vehicles (Internal Compulsory Insurance of AGO)", according to appendix No. 1;

2) the instruction for filling of the standard form "The Statement for the Conclusion of the Agreement of Compulsory Third Party Car Insurance for the Damage Caused by Vehicles (Internal Compulsory Insurance of AGO)", according to appendix No. 2;

3) form and content of the standard form "The Statement on the Conclusion of the Agreement of Compulsory Third Party Car Insurance for the Damage Caused by Vehicles (External Compulsory Insurance of AGO "Green Card")", according to appendix No. 3;

4) the instruction for filling of the standard form "The Statement on the Conclusion of the Agreement of Compulsory Third Party Car Insurance for the Damage Caused by Vehicles (External Compulsory Insurance of AGO "Green Card")", according to appendix No. 4;

Declare invalid the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market on approval of form and content of insurance applications, insurance agreements and insurance policies for obligatory civil liability insurance for the damage caused by vehicles No. 20/5/2008 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 143 - 144, the Art. 410), registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 586 of 25.07.2008.

3. This resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, except for the subitem 11) and the subitem 12) which become effective since 1.11.2024.

4. The form of the Insurance certificate "Green card", according to form and content of appendix No. 4 to the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market on approval of form and content of insurance applications, insurance agreements and insurance policies for obligatory civil liability insurance for the damage caused by vehicles No. 20/5/2008 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 143 - 144, the Art. 410), registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 586 of 25.07.2008, will be applied till 1.11.2024.
