In recent years in our country the system of award of pension to citizens is step by step reformed. In particular, practice of the request for award of pension based on one identity document, without reclamation of additional documents from citizens, through the centers of the state services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan or the Single portal of interactive state services of the Republic of Uzbekistan is implemented.
Together with it there is need of effective use of the advanced digital technologies in the course of purpose of pensions to citizens for further improvement of quality of rendering the state services with decrease in human factor.
This Law to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the state provision of pensions of citizens" makes the additions and changes providing award of pension to the citizens who reached the age granting the right to old-age pension without requirement of the address (in pro-active form) and right of surrender from the granted pension.
Also, in connection with transfer of social protection to the National agency in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of powers to destination and payment of all types of benefits to the segments of the population needing social protection, changes and additions are made to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the state fee" and "About employment of the population".
This Law will serve further improvement of quality of the provided state services, with active implementation of modern digital technologies in system of award of pension for the population.
