About introduction of amendments to some laws of the Azerbaijan Republic in connection with implementation of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 8, 2023 No. 1051-VIQ "About approval, entry into force of the Code of the competition of the Azerbaijan Republic and the related legal regulation"
Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Items 10, 15 and 27 parts I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in connection with implementation of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 8, 2023 No. 1051-VIQ "About approval, entry into force of the Code of the competition of the Azerbaijan Republic and the related legal regulation" decides:
Article 1. Bring in article 41 of the Water code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 3, Article 135 (volume I); 2024, No. 3, Article 250) following changes:
1.1. in the name of the word "anti-monopoly in case of its application" shall be replaced with words "the competition in case of its application";
1.2. In part three of the word "in the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic" shall be replaced with words "in the law".
Article 2. Bring in the Civil code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 4 (the book I), Article 250 (volume I); 2024, No. 2, Article 138, No. 4, article 365, No. 5 (book I), Article 493, No. 7, article 744, No. 12 (book I), Article 1281; The Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 29, 2024 No. 122-VIIGD and of February 14, 2025 No. 140-VIIGD) the following changes:
2.1. In Article 2.5 after the word "finance" it is necessary to add the word "competition";
2.2. To exclude words from Article 791.2 "(sole right)";
2.3. In Item 2 of Article 793.1 to replace the word "exclusive" with the word "exclusive";
