Approve the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic about the competition.
From the date of entry into force of the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic about the competition to repeal the following laws:
2.1. Other regulatory legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic before their reduction in compliance with the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic about the competition, approved by this Law, are applied in the part which is not contradicting the specified Code.
This Law becomes effective since July 1, 2024.
