About entering of amendment into the Law "About Military Industrial Complex"

Article 1. No. ZR-16 "About military industrial complex" to add the law of March 25, 2015 with Chapter 4.1 of the following content:
"CHAPTER 4.1 ALIENATION OF THE MILITARY PRODUCTS WHICH ARE THE STATE-OWNED PROPERTY
Article 11.1. Alienation of the military products which are state-owned property
1. The military products which are state-owned property according to the order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia can be aloof or provided on the right of non-paid use to the subjects of military industrial complex included in the summary list of subjects of activities of military industrial complex and also the subjects executing the state order based on the contract on the state order for military needs, for development of new types of products or upgrade or repair, either use, or carrying out testing of products.
Conditions of alienation or non-paid use are established by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective next day after official publication.
