About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 30, 2021 No. 357 "About approval of Instructions for use the Single notarial information system"

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 30, 2021 No. 357 "About approval of Instructions for use the Single notarial information system" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 22702) the following changes and amendment:
changes in Kazakh are made to preamble, the text in Russian does not change;
in the Instructions for use the Single notarial information system approved by the specified order:
1) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"1) opening of access to ENIS - actions for creation of accounting record in ENIS.";
state item 4 in the following edition:
"4. The user for opening of access to ENIS files petition in territorial notarial chamber (further - TNP). Following the results of consideration of the application the employee of TNP creates accounting record in ENIS.";
add with Item 5-1 of the following content:
"5-1. Access to ENIS stops during suspension of action of the license of the notary according to article 10 of the Law "About Notariate".".
2. To provide to committee of registration service and organization of legal services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order;
2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
