Determine that the size of monthly humanitarian allowance to physical person on which the decision on freezing (blocking) of its money or other property appointed according to item 4 of article 7.4 of the Federal law "About Counteraction of Legalization (Washing) of Income Gained in the Criminal Way and to Terrorism Financing" is made is determined proceeding from the minimum wage established by the Federal Law "About the Minimum Wage" and is calculated as the amount of the minimum wages on the specified physical person and each member of his family living with it who does not have independent source of the income.
2. This resolution becomes effective since June 1, 2025.
