Article 1. Establish the minimum wage since January 1, 2025 in the amount of 22 440 rubles a month.

The minimum wage for the next year is established by the Federal Law in the current year taking into account the size of the median salary calculated by the federal executive body performing functions on forming of official statistical information on social, economic, demographic, ecological and other public processes in the Russian Federation for previous year.

other organizations - at the expense of own means.

Article 5. Article 8. Offer the President of the Russian Federation and charge to the Government of the Russian Federation to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Federal Law.

Article 9. This Federal Law becomes effective since July 1, 2000.
