Bring in the Procedure for financial provision of activities of military authorities approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 1, 2022 No. 397 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 29, the Art. 1575, No. 34, Art. 1857; 2023, No. 46, the Art. 2475) change which is applied.

State item 4 in the following edition:
"4. The size of the salary of employees of regional and district military authorities is determined according to the work payment terms established for the corresponding employees of the district and regional state administrations, and employees of military authorities of settlements - according to the work payment terms established for employees of relevant organs of local self-government.
The serviceman of the military forming formed according to the laws, to faces of the private and the commanding structure of law enforcement agencies, the services of civil protection sent to military authorities pays cash cover proceeding from official pay rates on the positions occupied by specified persons in military authorities to which they are sent of other payments in sizes and on the conditions established for the corresponding employees of such bodies, and also salaries on military (special) ranks and length-of-service allowances in the sizes and procedure determined by the legislation for the military personnel of the military forming formed according to the laws, faces of the private and the commanding structure of law enforcement agencies, service of civil protection.
