About establishment of sizes of assets of the financial organizations, persons under surveillance to the Central bank of the Russian Federation, for the purpose of implementation of anti-monopoly control

According to articles 27 and 29 of the Federal law "About Protection of the Competition" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Establish in coordination with the Central bank of the Russian Federation the following sizes of asset cost, and also total asset cost of the financial organizations for balance sheets as of the last reporting date preceding date of submission of the petition (further - the last balance) in case of which excess receipt of prior consent of antimonopoly authority to transactions and actions, stipulated in Article 27 and part 1 of article 29 of the Federal law "About Protection of the Competition" is required:

100 billion rubles - concerning non-state pension funds;

32 billion rubles - concerning credit institutions;

3 billion rubles - concerning the microfinancial organizations;

1, one billion rubles - concerning insurance companies (except for medical insurance companies);

600 million rubles - concerning managing directors;

500 million rubles - concerning credit consumer cooperatives;

450 million rubles - concerning brokers;

400 million rubles - concerning medical insurance companies;

200 million rubles - concerning insurance brokers, the professional participants of the security market having license for activities on maintaining the register of owners of securities, depositaries, organizers of trade, the clearing organizations, pawnshops;

100 million rubles - concerning societies of mutual insurance, managing companies of investment funds, mutual investment funds, non-state pension funds, specialized depositaries of investment funds, mutual investment funds, non-state pension funds, Forex dealers.

2. Establish the following sizes of asset cost, and also total asset cost of the financial organizations for the last balances in case of which excess receipt of prior consent of antimonopoly authority to transactions is required in coordination with the Central bank of the Russian Federation, provided by part 1.1 of article 29 of the Federal law "About Protection of the Competition":

25 trillion rubles - concerning credit institutions;

300 billion rubles - concerning insurance companies (except for medical insurance companies);

2 billion rubles - concerning insurance brokers.

3. Establish in coordination with the Central bank of the Russian Federation the size of the assets of the financial organization (except for money) acquired by person (group of persons) as a result of one transaction or several transactions in case of which excess receipt of prior consent of antimonopoly authority, in the amount of 10 percent of asset cost on the last balance of the financial organization is required.

4. For the purpose of application of this resolution the asset cost of credit institutions is determined by the last balances based on data of the balance sheet (the published form).

5.
