About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Private Security Activities"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on April 18, 2025

Article 1. Part 1 of article 2 of the Law of February 9, 2012, "About private security activities" (further - the Law) after the tenth paragraph to add No. ZR-6 with the new paragraph of the following content:

"the protection with permanent post protection performed directly by the security guard through the system which is not connected with the alarm system.".

Article 2. In article 7 of the law:

Item 2 of part 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2) protection and quick response of the objects, real and personal estate, the territory which are in property or legal ownership by means of stationary protection or systems of video surveillance and the alarm system;";

2) to state part 4 in the following edition:

"4. Each protected person the vehicle it can be transported only by one vehicle in which there can be no more than three bodyguards (including the driver-bodyguard). Escort of the vehicle transporting the protected person, other vehicle is forbidden.";

3) to state part 8 in the following edition:

"8. Failure to meet requirements, provided by part 4 of this Article, two or more times within one year after use of the responsibility for their violation established by the law lead to cancellation of the license of this organization by authorized body of public administration in the field of internal affairs (further also authorized body). Non-compliance with other requirements stated in this Article is the basis for suspension or cancellation of the license of this organization.".

Article 3. In article 8 of the Law:
