1. Approve enclosed:

the list of cases in case of which content and use of the animals included in the list of the animals prohibited to content are allowed;

changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 22, 2019 No. 795 "About approval of the list of the animals prohibited to content" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 26, the Art. 3449);

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 27, 2019 No. 819 "About approval of the list of cases in case of which content and use of the animals included in the list of the animals prohibited to content" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 26, the Art. 3466) are allowed.

3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2025. The paragraph two of Item 1 of this resolution is effective till September 1, 2031.
