About approval of the List of the Moldavian standards accepting the harmonized European standards for individual protection equipment

According to the item c) parts (1) Art. 13 of the Law No. 420/2006 of on technical regulation (pereopublikovan: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 92-102, the Art. 125), with subsequent changes, and item 38 of the Technical regulation about individual protection equipment approved by the Order of the Government No. 108/2022 of. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, No. 80-87, to the Art. 211), I ORDER:

1. Approve the List of the Moldavian standards accepting the harmonized European standards to the Technical regulation about individual protection equipment approved by the Order of the Government No. 108/2022 of according to appendix to this order.

2. Repeal the Order of the Ministry of Economics No. 84/2022 on approval of the list of the Moldavian standards accepting the harmonized European standards for individual protection equipment (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, No. 297, the Art. 1191).

3. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the website of the ministry.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
