About recognition No. 1282 which voided the Order of the Ministry of emergency situations of Ukraine of December 07, 2011

According to the paragraph to third Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies", for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the legislation I ORDER:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of emergency situations of Ukraine of December 07, 2011 No. 1282 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for carrying out classification of aviation personnel of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 20, 2012 at No. 238/20551.

2. To management of interaction with Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Koreva Yu.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
