RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

Some questions of protection of children, deported or compulsorily moved in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine
(Extraction)

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for creation, maintaining, access to the Register of data concerning the children deported or compulsorily moved in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine which is applied.

2. Create the Interdepartmental commission on questions of verification of information about the children deported or compulsorily moved in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine in structure according to appendix.

3. Approve Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on questions of verification of data concerning the children deported or compulsorily moved in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine which is applied.

4. Make changes to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine which are attached.

5. Determine that:

1) the Unified register of persons the, including the children deported or who are compulsorily moved in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine turns into the Register of the persons deported or compulsorily moved in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and the Register of information about the children deported or compulsorily moved in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine;

2) information on the children deported or compulsorily moved in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine who were included in the Unified register of persons including the children deported or compulsorily moved in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine is subject to transfer in the Register of information about the children deported or compulsorily moved in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

6. To the ministries, other central executive bodies, regional, Kiev city to provide to military authorities together with other state bodies monthly representation to the Ministry of Justice of information on the children deported or compulsorily moved in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine for the purpose of entering of such information into the Register of information about the children deported or compulsorily moved in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

7. To the Ministry of Justice:

provide implementation of verification of data with the purpose of conducting verification of information on the children deported or compulsorily moved in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine;

provide exchange with the International Committee of the Red Cross, the Central agency on search of the International Committee of the Red Cross and other international organizations of information on the children deported or compulsorily moved in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine;

provide to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs information necessary for protection of the rights and interests of the children deported or compulsorily moved in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

8. Instantly to provide to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs after receipt of information provided by the paragraph the fourth Item 7 of this resolution interaction with the international organizations for the purpose of protection of the rights and interests of the children deported or compulsorily moved in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

9. Regional, Kiev city to military authorities to carry out information and explanatory work about importance of information transfer about the children deported or compulsorily moved in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, to the Ministry of Justice.

10. To provide to the ministry of questions of reintegration of temporarily occupied territories with participation of the state company "Ukrainian National Center of Development of the World" within a month from the date of entry into force of this resolution transfer of information about the children deported or compulsorily moved in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine in the Ministry of Justice.

Changes which are made to some Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 54, Art. 1455), to add with subitem 95-19 of the following content:

"95-19) provides maintaining the Register of information about the children deported or compulsorily moved in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and also provides verification of information about these children;".

In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 18, 2023 No. 339 "Some questions of protection of persons the, including the children deported or who are compulsorily moved in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 45, the Art. 2396):

1) in the resolution:
