Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About strategic planning and the state forecasting" of May 25, 2022 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2022, No. 7, the Art. 436) the following changes and amendments:
1. In preamble of the word "and realization" shall be replaced with words ", realization, monitoring and assessment".
2. In Article 1:
- 3) to state Item in the following edition:
"3) the program - set of actions of the strategic objectives and general tasks directed for achievement within national, industry and local priorities taking into account effective use of natural, material and financial resources in the medium-term period;";
- 7) to state Item in the following edition:
"7) the concept - the scientifically based long-term forecast determining the main directions of the subsequent policy of the country taking into account national and industry priorities;";
- 11) to state Item in the following edition:
"11) the action plan - set of actions according to the solution of the arisen questions of urgent and extreme nature, and also implementation of the international obligations of Tajikistan;";
- add with Item 12) of the following content:
"12) the actions plan - set of specific actions for goal achievement and the tasks set in strategy and programs;";
- 12) and 13) respectively to consider Items Items 13) and 14) and to state in the following edition:
"13) strategy - set of long-term actions for achievement of the particular purposes aimed at providing the sustainable and balanced development on the basis of rational use of the available resources and opportunities;
