1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 24, 2019 No. 58 "About approval of standard agreements of provision of regulated services" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 18889) the following change:
in the Standard agreement on provision of services on oil transportation approved by the specified order:

Charge of rate for storage of unallotted remaining balance of oil of the Consumer (less oil, transferred by the Consumer for filling of system of trunk oil pipeline, and mobile (minimum and necessary) remaining balance of oil, which size is determined by the Agreement) who was in system of the trunk oil pipeline the complete monthly period of transportation determined as follows:
if the unallotted remaining balance of oil for the end of the monthly period of transportation is more than remaining balance for the beginning of the monthly period of transportation, the complete monthly period of transportation is considered the stored amount unallotted remaining balance for the beginning of the monthly period of transportation;
if the unallotted remaining balance of oil for the end of the monthly period of transportation is less than remaining balance for the beginning of the monthly period of transportation, the complete monthly period of transportation is considered the stored amount unallotted remaining balance for the end of the monthly period of transportation.
The size of the mobile (minimum and necessary) remaining balance of oil which is handed over by the Consumer in system of trunk oil pipeline is determined according to the Standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan 1474-2016 "Trunk oil pipelines. Instruction for oil accounting".".
