1. Create in structure of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Department on safety issues and defenses, Department concerning activities of law enforcement agencies, judicial authorities and prevention of corruption and Management concerning sanctions policy.

2. Liquidate in structure of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Department on safety issues, defenses, activities of judicial authorities and prevention of corruption and department of questions of sanctions policy.

3. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
