About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" concerning purpose of the one-time monetary assistance
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 45, Art. 425 with the following changes) the following changes:
1. In Article 10-1:
6 parts one to state Item in the following edition:
"6) families of persons, the dead who died as a result of injury (wound, contusion, mutilation) or the diseases got during direct participation in fighting when holding the actions necessary for ensuring defense of Ukraine, protection of safety of the population and interests of the state in connection with military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine";
after part three to add with new part of the following content:
"The basis for provision to members of families of persons specified in Item 6 parts one of this Article, the status of the member of the family of the died (died) defender or the defender of Ukraine is the certificate of direct participation of such person in the actions necessary for ensuring defense of Ukraine, protection of safety of the population and interests of the state in connection with military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine issued by the commander (chief) of military unit (body, division) the Armed Forces of Ukraine, National police of Ukraine, National guard of Ukraine, the State Border Service of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine and other military forming or law enforcement agencies formed according to the law with which in interaction such person was directly involved in implementation of the specified actions".
With respect thereto the fourth - the eighth to consider parts respectively parts five - the ninth.
2. To add article 15 after part nine with new part of the following content:
