According to the Law of Ukraine of February 23, 2024 to No. 3603-І X "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of online communication with taxpayers and amendments of separate provisions of the legislation", the Law of Ukraine of March 20, 2023 No. 2970-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other legal acts of Ukraine concerning implementation of the international standard of automatic exchange of information about financial accounts" and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for registration of results of documentary checks of compliance with law of Ukraine concerning the tax, foreign and other legislation taxpayers approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of August 20, 2015 No. 727, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 26, 2015 at No. 1300/27745 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 22, 2021 No. 702) which are applied.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
