About introduction of amendments to the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About library science" and "About the museums"
Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Item 15 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:
Article 1. In the second offer of part three of article 31 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About library science" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 3, Article 158 (volume I); 2024, No. 11, Article 1184) of the word "funds remain at the disposal of library" shall be replaced with words "funds (except for non-state libraries) are used according to the procedure, established by body (organization) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority".
Article 2. In the second offer of article 25 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the museums" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 6, Article 396 (volume I) of the word "income completely remains at the disposal of the museums" shall be replaced with words "means (except for the museums which are in municipal and private property) are used according to the procedure, established by body (organization) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority".
