1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 26, 2022 No. 28 "About approval of the Instruction on the organization of anti-terrorist protection of objects, vulnerable in the terrorist relation, performing activities in the field of forming and storage of the state material reserve" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 26675) the following changes and amendments:

"49. Taking into account possible effects of making of the act of terrorism objects of the state material reserve are divided into the following groups:
1) treat authorized body in the field of the state material reserve the first group and the subordinated organization of system of the state reserve;
2) branches of the subordinated organization of system of the state reserve treat the second group.
