About approval of Criteria of determination of categories of leave of medicine

(as amended of the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of 20.01.2025 No. 121)

According to Article part two 68, Articles 69, 70 Laws of Ukraine of July 28, 2022 No. 2469-IX "About medicines", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 No. 90), and for the purpose of settlement of leave of medicines of PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve Criteria of determination of categories of leave of medicine which are applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of May 17, 2001 No. 185 "About approval of criteria of determination of categories of leave of medicines", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 31, 2001 at No. 464/5655.

3. To provide to pharmaceutical management (Alexander Gritsenko):

1) submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2) promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine after its state registration by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of the Eden Adamanov.

5. This order becomes effective along with enforcement of the Law of Ukraine of July 28, 2022 No. 2469-IX "About medicines".
