in the list of the separate rule-making powers of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic delegated to state bodies and executive bodies of local self-government of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 13 with subitems 48-52 of the following content:
"48) procedure for forming and maintaining the State fishery register of the Kyrgyz Republic;
49) the list of the natural and artificial reservoirs provided for fishery development and use for the purpose of aquaculture and fishery;
50) procedure for work on acclimatization, release, accounting, resettlement of fishes and stocking of fishery reservoirs and fishing sites;
