According to the subitem 4 of Item 2 of Criteria and procedure according to which determination of the companies, organizations and organizations which are crucial for functioning of economy and ensuring activity of the population during the special period is performed and also crucial for ensuring needs of the Armed Forces, other military forming during the special period approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 2023 No. 76, of Item 7 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 22, 2024 No. 1332 "Some questions of booking of persons liable for call-up for mobilization and on wartime", Items 8, 10 Regulations on the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of September 18, 2019 856, I ORDER to No.:

1. Approve Criteria by which determination of the companies, organizations and organizations which are important for industry of national economy in the sphere added digitalization is performed.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine of March 23, 2023 No. 30 "About approval of Criteria by which determination of the companies, organizations and organizations which are important for industry of national economy in the sphere of digitalization" is performed, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 13, 2023 at No. 612/39668.

3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of personnel (Malenko O. D.):

1) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2) promulgation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Vyiskuba of A. A.
