About modification of the Order of the Government No. 152/2022 about approval of the Regulations on management of financial resources of National fund of regional and local development

Based on part (4) Article 3 and part (1) article 7 of the Law No. 27/2022 on National fund of regional and local development (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, No. 60, the Art. 76) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 152/2022 about approval of the Regulations on management of financial resources of National fund of regional and local development (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, No. 78, of the Art. 207), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in appendix No. 1:

1.1.1. 6) of Item 6 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"6) partnership - cooperation between the central and local authorities of public management, state and private sectors, and also civil society during the planning, development and program implementation and projects of regional and local development;";

1.1.2. in Item 7:

1.1.2.1. 1) after words "the fields of intervention" to add the subitem with the words "and financing measures";

1.1.2.2. add with subitem 5-1) of the following content:

"5-1) final beneficiary - the physical person or legal entity receiving sure or indirect gain as a result of project implementation;";

1.1.2.3. 8) to state the subitem in the following edition:
