About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2015 No. 152 "About some questions of passing of public service"

I DECIDE:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2015 No. 152 "About some questions of passing of public service" the following changes and amendments:

in Rules of imposing of authority punishment on the government employees approved by the above-named Decree:

add with Items 3-1 and 3-2 of the following content:

"3-1. The political government employee is brought to disciplinary responsibility for making of minor offense on the previous state position.

If the previous state position was political state position, that consideration of question of disciplinary responsibility is performed by state body in which the government employee held position when making minor offense, using relevant provisions of these rules regarding political government employees, except as specified, of stipulated in Item 9 these rules.

If the previous state position was managerial state position, that consideration of question of disciplinary responsibility is performed by state body in which the government employee held position when making minor offense, using relevant provisions of these rules regarding administrative government employees, except as specified, of 24 and 25 these rules provided by Items 21,.

3-2. Authority punishment is imposed by the authorized person specified in Item 3 of these rules on the last post within terms of imposing of authority punishment on the political government employee specified in part one of Item 3-1 of these rules.";

"17. The authority punishment which is not removed by day of the termination of powers by the political government employee on the held political state position is considered removed from the date of the termination of these powers.";

add with Item 26-1 of the following content:

"26-1. The administrative government employee is brought to disciplinary responsibility for making of minor offense on the previous state position.
