About modification and amendments in some orders of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions are made.

2. To provide to committee of road transport and transport control of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. Bring in the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2015 No. 51 "About approval of Rules of state registration of the vessel, including small size vessel, and the rights to it" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10400) the following changes and amendments:

1) in case of representation uslugopoluchately complete document package the service provider enters record about registration in the State ship register and grants the ship certificate, or the duplicate of the ship certificate according to appendix 4 to these rules (further – the Ship certificate);

the certificate of vessel exception of the State ship register according to appendix 5 to these rules (further – the Certificate of vessel exception of the State ship register);

In case of establishment of the bases for refusal of the main requirements to rendering the state service "State Registration of Courts of Internal Water Swimming, Courts of Swimming "River Sea" and the Rights to Them in the State Ship Register" provided in Item 10 of the List, the motivated refusal in form according to appendix 3-1 to these rules gives 2) and sends it through the portal in electronic form to personal account of uslugopoluchatel.";

For registration of the vessel in the Register of leased foreign vessels the applicant directs the application in form, according to the statement 1 by means of the portal with application of documents according to the List of the main requirements to rendering the state service "State Registration of Leased Courts of Internal Water Swimming and Courts of Swimming "River Sea" in the Register of Leased Foreign Vessels" according to appendix 8 to these rules (further – the List of the main requirements to rendering the state service "State Registration of Leased Courts of Internal Water Swimming and Courts of Swimming "River Sea" in the Register of Leased Foreign Vessels")".;
