About approval of Standard regulated purchase agreements of the electric power from renewable sources for small and large competent producers
Based on Item c) parts (1) article 14 of the Law "About Promotion of Energy Use from Renewable Sources" No. 10 of February 26, 2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 69-77, 117), with subsequent changes, Item a) parts (2) articles II of the Law "About introduction of amendments to the Law No. 10/2016 of. "About promotion of energy use from renewable sources"" No. 331 of 9.11.2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 468-471, 816) the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:
1. Approve the Standard regulated purchase agreement of the electric power from renewable sources for small competent producers, according to appendix No. 1.
2. Approve the Standard regulated purchase agreement of the electric power from renewable sources for large competent producers, according to appendix No. 2.
3. Declare invalid the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 252/2019 of 5.07.2019 "About approval of mandatory provisions of the purchase agreement of the electric power made from renewable sources".
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on divisions of the National agency on regulation in power.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
