1. in the Provisional Rules of selection and carrying out tender on occupation of managerial state position of the case "B" in the integrated information system approved by the above-named order:

"5. For the purpose of determination of compliance of the candidate to conditions of revenues to public service, the system requests information from information systems of the state body performing the strategic, regulating, control and supervising, realizable and allowing functions in the field of protection and supervision of health of citizens and state body on forming of legal statistics and conducting special accounting.
The candidate is excluded at any stage of selection in case of discrepancy to requirements of Items 3, 3-1 and 4 articles 16 of the Law.".
