3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in three-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Decree.
4. To impose control of execution of this Decree on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. This Decree is subject to official publication and becomes effective since January 1, 2025.
