About modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. This Decree becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 3, 2013 No. 537 "About some questions of personnel policy in law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
in Regulations on the Commission in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning personnel policy in law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. The main objective of the Commission is consideration of representations and preparation of offers to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the first heads of state bodies (departments) about appointment of persons applying for substitution of the positions in law enforcement agency specified in item 4 of this provision.";
5, 16 and 18 to exclude Items;
as a part of the Commission in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning personnel policy in law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:
state the line "Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in the following edition:
"Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
