About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2022 No. 1728

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2022 No. 1728 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of September 29, 2022 No. 681 "About some questions of implementation of the international motor transportations of loads" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 40, Art. 6844; 2023, No. 27, Art. 5045).

2. This resolution becomes effective after one day after day of its official publication, except for the subitem "b" of Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective after 30 days from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2022 No. 1728

1. The list of foreign states which entered concerning citizens of the Russian Federation and the Russian legal entities rationing arrangements in the field of the international motor transportations of loads, approved by the specified resolution to add with Item 5 of the following content:

"5. Republic of Moldova".

2. In the conditions of implementation of the international motor transportations of loads in case of which observance the prohibition is not applied, the stipulated in Item 1 order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2022 No. 1728, approved by the specified resolution:

a) add item 4 with the words "and Republic of Moldova";

b) to state appendix No. 1 to the specified document in the following edition:
