The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Procedure for conducting raid checks (checks on the road) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 8, 2006 No. 1567 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 45, Art. 3011; 2009, No. 19, Art. 602, No. 78, Art. 2641; 2012, No. 45, Art. 1761; 2013, No. 48, Art. 1711; 2017, No. 27, Art. 778; 2018, No. 37, Art. 1304; 2020, No. 69, Art. 2227; 2022, No. 14, Art. 767; 2023, No. 50, the Art. 2729), and the Procedure for escort of the automotive vehicle having signs of violation of standard rates of weight or dimensional parameters to the closest place of weighing for implementation of dimensional and weight control, and also prohibition of further movement of such automotive vehicle approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 19, 2023 No. 513 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 53, the Art. 2973) changes which are applied.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
3. To the ministry of development of communities and territories to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective in three months from the date of its publication.
